What should I do after having my therapy?

The best thing you can do is to detach yourself from expected results and from the corrections made; avoid thinking about the findings; avoid falling into analyzing why specific emotions or fears were triggered. By detaching yourself, you allow the corrections to flow freely without any mental obstructions.

When your session ends, it is recommended that you remain in high vibrational frequencies using the tools you have learned and focus your attention only on what you want to create in your life. Start taking action to achieve your dreams and desires. In your life, there must be congruency between your actions and your desires; between your words, your thoughts and your emotions.
